Varieties of Pastors (1 Cor12:4-7)

 

Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant.(v1) Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal (1 Cor 12;4-7).

Not all evangelists are the same. Not all pastors are the same not all preachers are the same. There are those who are preachers and teachers. There are pastors who are leaders and there are pastors who are evangelists also. Some are classroom preachers others are outdoor preachers. Some build the church folks others are for outside there saving folks, some do both, but we all serve the same Lord. Some are executive pastors, others are entrepreneurial pastors, counseling pastors, church growth pastors, city pastors, rural pastors, pulpit pastors, street pastors or revival pastors and that's what I want to focus on here, revival pastors. 

The world needs revival Pastors and I do think that these pastors have a measure of anointing to function in the many different kind of operations that the pastor finds himself involved with. He has a diverse anointing, and can build in many different situations, be it a local church as well as a global church. He can build in the city as well as in the village. He can teach a crowd as easy as he can teach one to one. 

To carry this new move of God's spirit what God is doing in Wales will require us who are established in our call raise up men and women to operate and function in their gift and place also. Ephesians 4;11 God gave pastors for the "perfecting off the saints for the works of the ministry" (v12). Revival pastors, yes that's what some are Revival Pastors are to raise up and train leaders. Revival Pastors  produce revival pastors. Only then can revival be sustained and the fruit of it (churches) be built and grow productively and successfully.

God Revive Wales, Revive the Preacher

 

WELSH REVIVAL...Its midnight and i cant go to sleep, My mind is constantly thin king of the old remain of a first century church near the small village i grew up. a roman remains, called St Peter's church it is believed Joseph of ArImathea went there, Peter too.

God shake my soul, turn my will, stir my heart and awaken my passion. Wales has abandoned you and just as this old church lies in its abandoned and state of ruin so too lies the people and church of our land.

Though its walls just remain you too can find a Nehemiah to rebuild the walls of your house the church in Wales again. May the baptism into your name be preached over every hill and valley until every pagan, villan and welsh-man repents and turns to you. May the land that has seen its mothers turn to foreign god's, now see its mothers turn to the one true and living God, Jesus the Christ. May the country that used to sing thy song find is voice again, may too the preacher!

Acts 4:29 And now, Lord, behold their threatenings: and grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak thy word, 30 By stretching forth thine hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus ..in wales Amen..

REVIVAL NOW...KEYS: Revival is simple if folks would just grab a hold of it. In Acts THEY HAD REVIVAL which came as 1, SALVATION. ACTS 1: revelation OF WHO Jesus was and that he was God. 2, ACTS 2 SALVATION. repentance water baptism in JESUS NAME accompanied with the infilling of the holy ghost (2;38) 3, REVOLUTION... and they that believed were added to the CHURCH (V42)... THE KEY: Preach Jesus as God then baptise in his name...

Whatever is of God is found written for us in God's word. ie God has a word of Healing. we find healing in God's word the same with revival. Revival is found in God's word. Salvation coming to the Jews and the Jerusalem REVIVAL Acts 2:38-42 Salvation coming to the Ephesians and The Ephesian REVIVAL. Acts 19;1-20. The Key: find it in Acts them follow the pattern, preach the same gospel, Then see the same results. WHY? God always has a PATTERN and PLAN For Revival.

Copy Jesus, copy Peter, copy Paul... it worked for them and it will work for us!

Sanctify Yourselves for Tomorrow...

“Sanctify yourselves, for tomorrow the LORD will do wonders among you. (Joshua3.5)

And Joshua rose early in the morning; and they removed from Shittim, and came to Jordan, he and all the children of Israel, and lodged there before they passed over. 2And it came to pass after three days, that the officers went through the host; 3And they commanded the people, saying, When ye see the ark of the covenant of the LORD your God, and the priests the Levites bearing it, then ye shall remove from your place, and go after it. 4Yet there shall be a space between you and it, about two thousand cubits by measure: come not near unto it, that ye may know the way by which ye must go: for ye have not passed this way heretofore. (V1-4)

Looks like God's prescription for lock-down here. The solution, "Sanctify yourselves" for you have not passed this way before (v4). Sanctify yourselves, Purify (NLT) Consecrate (ESV) Make yourself acceptable (CEV). God's way to cross Over. God's route OUT. God's way through, God's way to Conquer.

Consecrated To Conquer:

Nothing is achieved without a 100 fold consecration. A consecration of body soul and spirit. Our purpose in life and our life in Christ is to stand out and possess the life of the Divine Christ. His spirit makes us like him, Christ like. An ability to stand before  men and mountain with divine confidence knowing we have the victory and our promised inheritance.

Joshua commanded the folks to sanctify themselves. Jesus before his work consecrated himself in the desert. Today's generation like the "mixture" seeing no wrong with a little drink, a cuss word here and there, smoking dope or cigarettes and going to church on Sunday. Mixture makes a man weak, compromise is deadly. When the conscience is purged with a seared iron its' hard if not impossible to admit, its a sinful habit. Stepping into God's new and now is going to cost you something you cant enter into God's new world with old habits. Total sanctification is necessary.

VERSE 5. Sanctify yourselves for tomorrow the LORD will do wonders among you (v5) then Joshua spoke to the priests saying take up the ark and cross over.

We cannot put out hands to the ark without first accepting God's working hand on us. God's hand has to mod us before our hand works the works of him who first worked on us. We cant give to others what God has not first give to us. If my portion is holiness then  I shall see holiness. without holiness no man shall see God. Without holiness no man shall see a mighty move of God. Holiness must be wrought or else we touch God's ark and die and become an Ichabod generation. the generation without the glory of god, the generation in which God departed with his presence, why we could not help but touch the ark of God with our hands so unclean out minds so contaminated out soul so departed and detached form the things of God.

‘The glory has departed from Israel, for the ark of God has been captured’” (1 Samuel 4:21–22). The word Ichabod means literally “there is no glory,” and in her pain and despair, the woman (who is unnamed in Scripture) lamented over the loss of the glory of God from Israel. Yes the church today laments of the lack of Gods presence, holiness, righteousness, and truthfulness in the pulpit, why we have mixed church with world and no longer can tell the difference in our worship of the such.

CONSECRATION PRAYER: Jesus I consecrate my self anew today from my heat to my toe, bathe me in your anointing oil, sanctify me in your fire, make me holy in my body, give me power to do right and wash me in the blood. I renounce and repent of all that separates me form you my holy god and Christ, in your name Jesus, amen.

Meeting God in the Dark Place

And all the people saw the thunderings, and the lightnings, and the noise of the trumpet, and the mountain smoking: and when the people saw it, they removed, and stood afar off.And they said unto Moses, Speak thou with us, and we will hear: but let not God speak with us, lest we die. And Moses said unto the people, Fear not: for God is come to prove you, and that his fear may be before your faces, that ye sin not. And the people stood afar off, and Moses drew near unto the thick darkness where God was (Exodus 18;2--21).

And the people stood afar off, BUT Moses drew near 

Let not God speak to us lest we die (Ex 20;19). Moses talked with God, The people stood afar off.

The biggest hindrance to a nation, a city or an individual experiencing revival is a negligence of seeking God and his person. that is drawing near to the place where God is, indeed it is a place of darkness to many. My proposition in this short blog post is that we have to come into the revelation of the name and person of Jesus in order to encounter the divine person and life transforming experience of meeting his presence. This however comes with a cost, we have to "draw near unto the thick darkness where God is."  We have to visit the dark places, to find him, yes the dark places. of church history where man had feared to go to because of religious dogma. I'm talking of the need to visit the dark places of religion that man has sought to ignore God in, like the oneness of God, and rediscover the place the apostles found, and meet there the god of the apostles.
Dark Places

We fear truth that is hidden in the dark places.
We fear his presence. THE REALITY OF THE ONENESS OF GOD strikes the fear of God in many. why its a dark place many fear to Go. they would rather deal with  GOD THAT THEY ARE COMFORTABLE WITH RATHER THAN ENCOUNTER A NEW REVELATION OF THE TRUE GOD THAT WOULD DEMAND THEY REPENT even of their religious charismatic modern twenty first century faith. That would be too humiliating for them and below their religious pride.

I was talking to a missionary here from South Korea, I challenged him with the fact that Jesus alone was God, he stood his ground, no matter what scriptures I shared with him on the one God, he smurked and laughed. I told him  of when the Jews asked him about the father he replied "he who seen me has seen the father," Jesus went on to say "If you believe not that I am he you hall die in your sins." he was shocked by my statement, maybe he feel insulted. Telling a Christian that he would die in his sIns if he did not accept Jesus as God. This man too in his religious cloak was one of the many afraid to draw near to the one true Deity, Jesus Christ.

The people stood afar off, while Moses drew near. (Exodus 20;21) The stand off generation, knows God but does not want to admit that Jesus alone is God. A generation that want's revival without wanting to repent for their indifference to the oneness of God. They want trinitarianism and that is a sacred cow they will never abandon. A modern day idol of the charismatic ecumenical church today.

And the people stood afar off, and Moses drew near unto the thick darkness where God was. 
Where is God? He' not in the past revival, he's in the new revival the new awakening, and the new comes with fresh revelation. It's not enough anymore just to pray to God, we must like Moses see him face to face. We have to hear him say "I AM." Catch him in  fire, experience him in the burning bush, Meet him in our desert storm.

Our future depends on our understanding of the person of Jesus Christ. Is he God to you? God is not happy until all bow before him. Until that happens no amount of praying for revival will for one moment change our nation. Moses life is the proof. Thou shalt have no other God's but ME. Moses wrote that, God spoke that! Moses conviction came from being in the presence of one God. God matters! Do you know HIM! Blessed, revived, wakened, is the nation whose God is the LORD (Jesus)..

Healing is God's Will

And he went throughout all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom and healing every disease and every affliction among the people. So his fame spread throughout all Syria, and they brought him ALL the sick, those afflicted with various diseases and pains, 

The news about him spread through the whole country of Syria, so that people brought to him ALL those who were sick, suffering from ALL kinds of diseases and disorders: people with demons, and epileptics, and paralyzed people—and Jesus healed them ALL. (MATT 4: 24,25 GNV).

He sent forth His word and healed them; He healed ALL their diseases He who forgives ALL your iniquities, and heals ALL your diseases. (Psalm 107:20). 

Praise the LORD, my soul! All my being, praise his holy name! 2Praise the LORD, my soul, and do not forget how kind he is. 3He forgives ALL my sins and heals ALL my diseases. 4He keeps me from the grave and blesses me with love and mercy.5He fills my life+ with good things, so that I stay young and strong like an eagle. (Psalm 103:1-5 GNV).

Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Forget not ALL his benefits (Psalm 103;2 KJV).

And Moses made a serpent of brass, and put it upon a pole, and it came to pass, that if a serpent had bitten any man, when he beheld the serpent of brass, he lived.

 Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, (John 3;14).If ALL who looked on the snake lived then ALL who look to Christ today live.

3 Revelations For Your Healing

1.GOD CAN
God is able. he is able to do for you, exceedingly, "Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us," (Ephesians 3;20).

He is able NOW. Not, he was able back there in the bible days. These are still bible days. NOW he is able NOW he is still able and Now he is still able to do for you. Because he is able he is able to do all things for you NOW.

2. GOD HAS
God has given us all
Because God can, God has. Because God can heal, he has already provided for us healing. The principle whatever God will do, he has already done. Whatever God will do for you, he has already provided and made possible. "He HAS given us all things that pertain to life and godliness." (2 Peter1;3)

Because God has, we are
Isaiah 53:5-8 King James Version (KJV) 5 But HE WAS wounded for our transgressions, HE WAS bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes WE ARE healed... Because he was wounded we are healed, Because he was made sick we are made well.

3.GOD WILL
Folks ask me, "Will God heal me? Because we are healed we understand and that God will heal us. Because God will, we are! God is not punishing you with sickness, because he has punished his son with our sicknesses. God is not punishing you because you have sinned or displeased him. God's words is a lamp to our feet, not the condition our sickness. Our conditions not an indicator of his will, his word is. His will is his word and his word is his will. Therefore we take note, "He was wounded" not me God is not wounding you, He Jesus was wounded, so we can be made well. Because we know God has we can have continued faith that he will, God's will is already been performed on Jesus. Healing is God's will. Because God will, we are! 

Declare what is your today. By his stripes I am healed, Because he has healed me, I AM healed. In his name Jesus healing is mine. Mine, Mine. Today I get it, for it belongs to me. NOW!
